Privacy statement

This website is informational. It describes Riffboard, a desktop music workspace currently in development, and publishes notes about its design and engineering.

What this site does not do

• There are no user accounts and no way to sign in.
• No audio is uploaded through this site. Riffboard is a desktop application, and recordings made with it stay on the user's machine.
• No application downloads are currently offered.
• The site runs no analytics scripts, sets no tracking cookies, and embeds no third-party widgets.

Hosting logs

The site is served through Netlify and the riffboard.app domain uses Cloudflare for DNS. Like most hosting providers, these platforms may collect basic server logs — such as IP addresses, requested pages, and timestamps — as part of operating their infrastructure. That logging happens at the platform level and is governed by the providers' own privacy policies.

Changes and contact

This statement will be updated if the site starts doing more — for example, if downloads are offered in the future. Contact information will be added when there is something worth contacting us about.
